Nishi Kelkar, a seasoned aerospace engineer, is an MBA candidate at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. She has extensive experience managing advanced flight deck designs for eVTOL aircraft from concept to first flight and has held technical leadership roles on projects like Boeing 777X’s engine indication systems and Airbus A320’s router solutions. Beyond her engineering work, Nishi has consulted for pre-seed and Series A startups, advising CEOs on strategy, fundraising, and operations.
A passionate advocate for workforce development, Nishi has delivered impactful speeches at platforms like TEDx, Avenir 2021, IIT Bombay, Youth STEM 2030, and the STEM Outreach Collective reaching 1.5 million participants. She has served on the board for Society of Women Engineers as a President and founded Project LaunchPad, a nonprofit focused on improving student retention in STEM through holistic well-being initiatives.
