Varya Singh is an education professional with more than five years of experience in the sector, including in roles at leading EdTech organisations. She holds a master’s in education from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Passionate about education policy, research, and management, Varya’s work focuses on strengthening teachers and learners through meaningful content and pedagogy. Her research interests include digital literacy and access for adolescents, teacher education, and the integration of technology in education.

Siddesh Sarma is co-founder and chief programmes officer at Leadership For Equity. He has a degree in education from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He represented SCERT, Maharashtra, on two NCERT committees, and has worked as a consultant with the School Education Department, Government of Maharashtra, for the past five years. Siddesh started his work in education through the Teach For India Fellowship in 2011. Currently, he also serves on the advisory board of Teach For India, Pune.
