Maintain cordial relations with everyone: N R Narayana Murthy

HUBLI: N R NarayanaMurthy, chairman emeritus of Infosys, said that to be successful, entrepreneurs must try to have great people around and maintain cordial relations with everyone.
Murthy shared the success mantra with young entrepreneurs and businessmen gathered at the Lead Award ceremony organized by Deshpande Foundation here on Wednesday.
"It's not necessary to be successful in every attempt.Success will come gradually, so live with peace and smile. Being cheerful, positive and feeling lucky is the recipe for success. Before taking any decision, try to gather information and analyze it. Also there is a need of quality in performance," he added.
