Khatun is all the more excited because the subject they chose affects many. “Casting couch is prevalent in every field. But, it’s a common notion to blame the entertainment world for its practice. Employees in the corporate world and academicians are also victims of such practices. Anybody can come under its grip,” the director told us.
This Bengali production will deal with the questions of integrity and character. Written by Dibyendu Tarafdar, the play is poised to question the act of keeping silent on such crucial issues.
