A poignant highlight of the evening came from veteran actress Rekha. Draped in an opulent golden saree, Rekha drew attention as she approached a life-sized poster of Raj Kapoor on the red carpet. PM Modi’s warm response - "Whenever I get the chance, I do listen because I enjoy it" - won hearts.
