After a cold response in theatres, the Suraj Venjaramoodu, Joju George, and Alecier-starrer drama movie Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal has started digital streaming.

Those who want to watch this drama movie online can tune into the Amazon Prime Video OTT platform. The film, written and directed by Sharon Venugopal, features Joju George, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Alencier Lopez in lead roles.
Narayaneente Moonnaanmakkal - Official Trailer

Suraj Venjaramoodu plays the role of the youngest son in the film. With a mix of heartfelt moments and humor, the movie presents itself as a touching family drama.. Other key actors in the film include Thomas Mathew, Garggi Ananthan, Shelly N. Kumar, Sajitha Madathil, and Saras Balussery.
The story revolves around a traditional ancestral home in a rural setting. The film focuses on Narayaniyamma’s three sons, who belong to a prestigious and old family in the village of Koyilandy. The plot unfolds when the youngest son, living away from the family due to certain circumstances, returns home. His arrival sets off a series of humorous and intriguing events within the family.
ETimes gave the Joju George starrer a 3.5 star out of 5 star rating and our review reads, “The film's technical brilliance is subtle yet impactful. The music, sound design, cinematography, and color grading blend seamlessly, creating an immersive experience that feels like a lived-in memory rather than just a narrative. The house itself—weathered by time—becomes a character, holding echoes of love, loss, and lingering tensions. If there’s a drawback, it is that the film lacks the usual commercial appeal or dramatic highs that typically pull crowds to the theatre. It isn’t a film that thrives on twists or spectacle, but rather, on the quiet intensity of human relationships.”
The movie, unfortunately, didn’t get much traction from audiences when it hit the big screens. With the digital release of this drama movie, hopefully, the movie may get more viewers who adore slow-paced drama movies.
