WR Tee Higgins’ Fighting-spirited Mother, Camilla Stewart

When Tee was 6 years old, he graphically remembers his mother, Camilla Stewart, being shot in the head by her drug dealer. She underwent a complex brain surgery but came out victorious just like her son, wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals, did against the Denver Broncos.
Today, Camilla Stewart has received all the happiness she ever wanted to give her son in his childhood but couldn’t since her husband and she were always in and out of the prison, and Tee stayed with his grandmother.

It has been 15 years since Camilla Stewart has been sober, healthy, happy, and doing great! Tee Higgins meekly said at an interview,
“She wanted to be a better mom and to show us the love we deserved and to be there for us in all the ways that she hadn’t before. Once my mom got better and was able to turn things around, she’s been the most amazing mom imaginable. Seeing her stand in the stands with my jersey on and a huge smile on her face. It doesn’t get any better than that for me.” -via The US Sun.
