Neha planned a heartfelt surprise for her brother Tony by getting a permanent tattoo dedicated to him on her elbow. The tattoo showcases two hands making a pinky promise, symbolizing their unbreakable bond, along with the initials 'NK' and 'TK' underneath, representing Neha and Tony, and their vow to stay connected always. In the video, Neha revealed the tattoo just as Tony was about to cut his birthday cake, leaving him pleasantly stunned.
Further in the video, we can see Tony's reaction, who was shocked by Neha's heartfelt gesture for him. He was visibly stunned when he discovered that his sister Neha had gotten a tattoo for him. Overwhelmed with emotion, he sweetly expressed that he wished everyone could have a sister like her. Neha can be seen beaming with joy as she watches her brother react with disbelief. In a touching gesture of gratitude, Tony bowed down and touched her feet, thanking her wholeheartedly.
