Vaibhav Mangle and Sawani Shende were impressed with the performance of the contestant Shubham Mhaske.
Shubham belongs to Parbhani and comes from a very poor family. Due to his financial condition, he couldn’t complete his education and he has been singing in shows and orchestras to earn a livelihood. Moreover, he is also an untrained singer and thus after hearing his voice, the judges were left with no words.
Impressed by his vocal skills, the judges offered him two options - either accept Rs 1 lakh and leave the show or to take the ‘Guru Killi’ to continue with his journey on the show.
Considering his current financial condition, Shubham accepted the money and decided to quit the show.
Shubham was accompanied by his mother. She joined him on the stage while accepting the cheque.
