Prayagraj: The final day of the AITA CS National Tennis Championship, organised by the Tennis Development Welfare Society at the Allahabad Gymkhana Tennis Academy, Azad Park, saw players from Uttar Pradesh emerging victorious in multiple categories.
In the Boys U-18 Singles, Abhyuday Singh of Uttar Pradesh clinched the title by defeating Rohin Raj, also from Uttar Pradesh, with a score of 6-3, 6-2. In the Girls U-18 Singles, Maharashtra's Prachi Satish edged past Bihar's Paree Singh in a hard-fought match, winning 3-6, 7-6 (10-8), 6-1.
The Boys U-18 Doubles saw Abhyuday Singh team up with Rohin Raj to secure another title, beating Rishant Jaiswal and Kinjal Srivastava, both from Uttar Pradesh, 6-0, 6-2. In the Girls U-18 Doubles, Dhriti Dubey and Neeti Dubey from Uttar Pradesh defeated Prachi Satish and Pari Singh 4-6, 6-3, 10-3.
Chief guest Kirti Dubey distributed trophies to the winners. The event was also attended by Rishi Sharma, Hirdesh Kumar Pal, Saif Iqbal and referee Asad Iqbal.
