BATHINDA: Singer and former AAP leader Jasraj Singh Longia, better known as Jassi Jasraj, has hit out at ‘So High’ artist Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, aka Sidhu Moose Wala , over his new song, ‘Sanju’.
Moose Wala, after a case under Arms Act was registered against him, had come out with the song, in which he potrayed himself as Sanjay Dutt on the grounds that he too was facing a case.
In a live session on a social media platform on Saturday evening, Jassi hit out at the lyrics, which go: “Jatt utey case jehra Sanjay Dutt te (the charges against Jatt are the ones faced by Sanjay Dutt)”. He, however, did not take Moose Wala’s name.
In the song, Sidhu refers to himself as Jatt. “Why did he use the name of Sanjay Dutt. If he has the guts, why did he try to show the guns he fired as a toy gun in court. If he is a true Jatt, he should have faced the court,” Jassi said.
