Bhubaneswar: Hours after 300 people from various walks of life, including former CM Giridhar Gamang, former MLAs and MP of Odisha joined the K Chandrasekhar Rao-led Bharat Rashtra Samithi, the BJD said it has no reason to worry from such political experiments.
“There is nothing unusual in a democracy for people to come together to further their political thought.
However, BJD has no reasons to worry from such political development as the Naveen Patnaik led government continues to deliver on its promises and remains immensely popular,” said BJD national spokesperson Prasanna Acharya.
BJP’s Prithivraj Harichdan said Odisha will continue to witness the BJP versus BJD fight in 2024 with any other political formation having almost no impact.
