Fatal accident: Family protests police ‘inaction’

New Delhi: The family of a 21-year-old man, who died in a road accident, staged a protest outside Burari police station on Sunday. They placed his body at the gate and accused the police of inaction. The victim, Ankit, was injured in a crash on May 1 and succumbed after three days of treatment. Despite CCTV footage of the incident surfacing, the family alleges that the police have not taken any action against the accused driver.
