Seelampur Election Results 2025 Live: AAP's Chaudhary Zubair Ahmad wins by 42,477 votes over BJP's Anil Kumar Sharma (Gaur)

NEW DELHI: AAP candidate Chaudhary Zubair Ahmad won with 42,477 votes in Seelampur constituency, defeating his nearest rival, BJP candidate Anil Kumar Sharma (Gaur).

The key candidates contesting this election are Chaudhary Zubair Ahmad from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Anil Kumar Sharma (Gaur) representing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and Abdul Rehman from the Indian National Congress (INC).

In the 2020 Assembly elections, Delhi recorded a voter turnout of 61.46% across 70 constituencies.

In the previous election, AAP’s Abdul Rehman won by a margin of 36,920 votes, while BJP’s Kaushal Kumar Mishra finished second with 35,774 votes.
