due to financial and personal problems on Wednesday night.

, 45, constable of TSSP battalion in Yousufguda. According to Sanathnagar police, Rajeswar was suspended two months ago for poor attendance due to alcohol addiction.

Subsequently he was staying at home in Rama Rao Nagar, Borabanda with his wife and two children. For the Sankranti festival, Rajeshwar's wife and children went to their native place in

Nagarkurnool district

.

At around 9 pm on Wednesday, Rajeshwar called his wife and said that he was not happy with life and wanted to commit suicide. After he disconnected the call, Rajeshwar's wife called their landlord and requested him to check on her husband.
