Hyderabad: In a bid to reduce pollution in Delhi, the Green India Challenge (
GIC) has taken up the task of planting one lakh saplings in the national capital in association with Delhi Municipal Corporation.

Vijayasai Reddy and others participated in the novel initiative. GIC founder and MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar said tree plantation is the only solution to beat pollution.
Jairam Ramesh congratulated the GIC for working towards increasing the green cover and reducing the challenges thrown by the pollution.
