HYDERABAD: The Nampally criminal court on Tuesday reserved the order on a petition filed by Crime Investigation Department (CID) seeking custody of SEZ consultant T Sunil Reddy, who has been accused of forging the signature of Rajya Sabha MP MA Khan, to September 2.
After hearing the arguments of the defence and prosecution lawyers, the magistrate reserved the order to September 2.

The decision on the bail petition moved by Sunil Reddy would also be known on September 2. The prosecution lawyer presented the alleged forged document, sent by Sunil Reddy to the Union home ministry, as evidence to the magistrate.
