Satyajit Ray rewind at interactive meet

KOLKATA: The Techno India Group hosted a brainstorming and interactive session on Satyajit Ray last Saturday. Held in association with the All Ladies League, the chief focus of 'The Magic of Ray' was on the spellbinding intellectual exchange among the celebrities of Kolkata and the artistic passion of students of the Techno India Schools from Ariadaha, Konnagar and Garia divisions.
Sandip Ray, Alokananda Roy, Madhabi Mukhopadhyay, Pradip Mukherjee and Chandana Mukherjee debated on some of Ray's films including 'Goopy Gyne Bagha Byne', 'Joy Baba Felunath' and 'Sonar Kella', with Nilanjana Chakraborty, chairperson, ALL Kolkata Chapters, as compere. Grandmaster Dibyendu Barua and actor Arjun Chakraborty were also present.
The event took place under the tutelage of the co-chairman of the Techno India Group, Manoshi Roy Chowdhury.
