35 bed-ridden patients and their families attend get together
KOZHIKODE: National Health Mission in association with Sparsham Palliative Care Society and Community Palliative care society organised get together of bed ridden patients here on Wednesday district collector U V Jose, who was the chief guest on the occasion interacted with the bed-ridden patients and their families during the occasion.
The programme was organised to gift some memorable moments to bed ridden patients whose life are confined to the four walls of their houses.

Comedy skit by Vinod Kovoor, magic show, musical programme and stage games were organised as part of the programme.
NSS volunteers of Government Model Higher Secondary School, St Vincent Colony Higher Secondary School and JDT Institute of Commerce and Technology attended the programme. A total of 35 bed-ridden patients and their families attended the programme.
Additional district medical officer Dr Ashadevi, Dr Suresh Kumar, director of Institute of Palliative Medicine and others attended the function.
