Father-son duo booked for kidnapping, raping minor

Lucknow: BBD police on Sunday booked a man and his son for allegedly kidnapping and raping a girl in the Tiwariganj locality. An FIR has been registered under charges of the POCSO Act, kidnapping a minor, and other relevant charges."
According to the victim's father, his daughter was preparing for the SSC exams while staying at a relative's house in Lucknow. He alleged that on April 23, around noon, Vishal and his father, Jitendra, kidnapped the girl from Tiwariganj.
The complainant further said that Vishal lured his daughter, a minor, into a love affair and made an obscene video of her. He also alleged that the accused raped his daughter multiple times while blackmailing her. Upon learning about the case, he filed a complaint against Vishal in Deoria.
The victim's father alleged that after being released on bail, the accused began pressuring him for a settlement. He also expressed suspicion that his daughter may have been murdered and her body disposed of. According to Inspector Ram Singh, a search is underway for both the girl and the accused.
