Italian food festival held

LUDHIANA: Karandeep Singh Dev, service person in a city-based fashion institute, and Vikram Singh, a cook at the same institute, surprised everyone with their coordination efforts during a food festival on Sunday. Ivanna Institute organized an Italian food festival in which the duo cooked up their magic, Vikram with his food and Karandeep with his service.
Everyone appreciated their coordination and the innovative way of food presentation.The food festival was conceptualised by chef Robinder from Macau. He taught students various Italian dishes, their basic ingredients and the cooking methods. Students practised with different dishes and at the food festival, handled all the food production and service independently.
