SALEM: The third edition of the Global Textile Technology and Engineering Show (GTTES 2025) will take place at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Goregaon from Feb 21 to 23.
This event is organized by the Indian International Textile Machinery Exhibitions Society (India ITME Society).
During a press conference in Salem on Saturday, Ketan Sanghvi, chairman of the ITME Society's steering committee, highlighted that GTTES 2025 would be a premier global platform for the textile and engineering sectors, showcasing cutting-edge advancements and innovations aimed at transforming global textile practices.
He emphasized that the event was designed to adapt to the evolving demands of the international textile and machinery market. Sanghvi stated, "The event will feature significant participation from leading exhibitors presenting innovative solutions, product launches and valuable networking opportunities. It will contribute to India's textile ecosystem, supporting the nation's goal of becoming a global leader in textile technology and engineering by 2047."
Prominent suppliers of textile technologies from countries such as Germany, Switzerland and China will contribute to making GTTES 2025 a truly international event. Representatives from over 27 countries, including Australia, Bangladesh, China and the US, are expected to attend, with an estimated turnout of more than 25,000 professionals.
Business meetings with international delegations from Sri Lanka, Ghana and Ethiopia will focus on strengthening trade relations with India.
