KALYAN: Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Wednesday held three separate rallies for the candidates of Ambarnath, Kalyan West, and Kalyan Rural assemblies, which are in his home Thane District. During these rallies, he accused the Maha Vikas Aghadi of stealing and copying the Mahayuti's manifesto.
During the election campaign of Shiv Sena MLA Balaji Kinikar in Ambarnath, the chief minister said that the leaders of the Maha Vikas Aghadi first opposed their Ladli Behan Yojana, but now they introduced the Mahalaxmi Yojana in place of it, which they were initially opposing. This, he claimed, shows that they are actually copying and pasting their scheme, stealing their manifesto.
CM Shinde praised the work done by Kinikar in Ambarnath city during his 15 years as MLA and said that today every kind of development took place in Ambarnath, whether it be roads, sports complexes, shooting ranges, medical colleges, sports grounds, or playgrounds.
In the second rally held at Kalyan West for Shiv Sena MLA Vishwanath Bhoir, Shinde, while addressing the beneficiary women of the Ladli Behan Yojana, said that the Maha Vikas Aghadi gives false promises. In many states, the Maha Vikas Aghadi came to power by giving false assurances but later did not fulfil those promises. However, he asserted that they fulfilled all their promises and did not discriminate on the basis of caste or religion while providing the benefits of the scheme.
While recounting the many works done in the state during his govt of more than two years, CM Shinde said that they built the Samrudhi Highway in the state and completed many projects like Atal Setu, Coastal Road, and Metro, whereas the previous govt took Maharashtra to the third position during its tenure. Shinde stated that after the Mahayuti govt came to power, they undertook many works and attracted many investments to Maharashtra, which made the state the number one state in a few months.

After the rallies in Ambarnath and Kalyan, the CM joined the third rally for Rajesh More, the candidate from Kalyan Rural, and appealed to the crowd to vote for Rajesh More for the development of the Kalyan Rural assembly. A large number of workers were seen attending Rajesh More's rally.
In this rally, MP Shrikant Shinde attacked local MNS MLA Raju Patil in an indirect way and said that some people are writing that Kalyan Rural is changing, but they do not write why Kalyan Rural is changing. Shrikant stated that just as Kalyan Rural is changing, the MLA here will also change, and Rajesh More will be elected with a huge number of votes.
In this rally, apart from UBT's local Kalyan East senior leader Harshvardhan Palande, many other UBT workers and some MNS workers also joined the party in
