Rajya Sabha MPs Vijayasai Reddy, Sudhanshu Trivedi elected as members of Public Accounts Committee

VISAKHAPATNAM: Rajya Sabha MP

V Vijayasai Reddy

of the

YSR Congress Party

was elected unanimously as a member of the Union government’s

Public Accounts Committee

(PAC).


He along with Dr Sundhanshu Trivedi of the BJP were elected for two vacant posts in the PAC.

Rajya Sabha secretary general Desh Deepak Verma officially announced their appointment on Tuesday.

PAC members from Rajya Sabha - Bhupender Yadav and

Rajeev Chandra Sekhar

- were inducted into the Union cabinet and their places in the committee become vacant.
