NEW DELHI: Chevella Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 17 Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituencies in the state of Telangana. It comprises seven Assembly segments including 7 Assembly segments including Maheswaram, Rajendranagar, Serilingampally, Chevella, Pargi, Vikarabad and Tandur.

Main parties
The Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) in 2019 Lok Sabha elections in Telangana had won 9 of the 17 seats, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won four seats, Congress 3 and Asaduddin Owaisi was the only AIMIM candidate to emerge victorious from his Hyderabad constituency.In the 2023 assembly elections Congress won 64 seats, BRS won 39 seats, BJP 8 and AIMIM got 7 seats. CPI won 1 seat.
Lok Sabha 2019 elections
In the 2019 elections, Dr. G. Ranjith Reddy of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) secured victory with a margin of 14,317 votes. Dr. G. Ranjith Reddy garnered 528,148 votes surpassing Konda Vishweshwar Reddy from the Indian National Congress (INC), who received 513,831 votes.

The 17 constituencies in Telangana are scheduled to go to poll on May 13 in the fourth phase of Lok Sabha elections 2024 with over 3.17 crore voters eligible to cast their votes.
