Diablo and Berserk join forces in a shocking new crossover

In an unexpected but exciting move, Blizzard Entertainment has teamed up with the legendary manga Berserk for a brand-new crossover event. The collaboration brings the dark and intense world of Kentaro Miura’s manga into both Diablo Immortal and Diablo IV, two popular games from the Diablo franchise. This is the first time Blizzard has ever worked with a non-Blizzard IP, making this partnership a big deal for both fans of video games and manga.
For those unfamiliar, Berserk is a brutal dark fantasy series that follows the story of Guts, a warrior with a tragic past, fighting demons and betrayal in a cursed world. The manga is known for its deep storytelling, stunning art, and emotional weight. Now, players will get the chance to experience this world in-game with special cosmetics, bosses, and gameplay inspired by Berserk.
The crossover event is split across two games:



In Diablo IV, players can become the Black Swordsman himself. Starting May 6, slaying powerful enemies may drop Behelits — strange, egg-like items from Berserk lore that can be traded for exclusive rewards. These include legendary items like the Brand of Sacrifice, Skull Knight’s Mount Armour, and the Hawk’s Destiny back trophy, inspired by the fallen warrior Griffith.
Once you collect all Berserk-themed rewards, you’ll unlock the Od of the Berserker Emblem, a badge that symbolises strength, sacrifice, and survival — themes central to both Diablo and Berserk.
There’s also a new in-game shop collection, where players can buy iconic armours:

Players can also ride into battle with the Warhorse of the Hawk, complete with themed mount trophies linked to the Band of the Hawk and the evil Godhand.


In Diablo Immortal, the “Struggler’s Path” event lets players fight Nosferatu Zodd, a powerful, immortal warrior from Berserk. There’s a special mode called Struggler’s Bane, which takes players into the Eclipse — a horrifying moment from the manga when the Band of the Hawk is betrayed and sacrificed.
New Legendary Gems like the Crimson Behelit add powerful effects during battle, and players can also unlock Berserk-inspired weapon skins, Golem familiars, and armour sets for Guts and Griffith.
Just logging into the game during the event will reward players with free items like the Struggler’s Path weapon skin, Eclipse portal cosmetics, and Legendary Crests.
