However, this is not the first time

Rajatava

has done a playback. Earlier he had lent his voice for songs in ‘

Ascharya Pradeep

’, ‘

Jagga Jasoos

’ and ‘Manojder Adbhut Bari’. Now, he has lent his voice for actor Partha Sarathi Deb, whose character perfectly lip-synchs the song while sharing some important messages with his granddaughter Tinni. The film raises some vital questions regarding the adverse effects of our fast life and relentless pursuit of a better life.

Initially, Suman Das and the Ashu Chakraborty thought of singers

or Nachiketa Ghosh for the song. “When Suman da first said that Rony da (Rajatava) will be singing the song, I was so excited because had loved his songs in the band Quinine and in two of his films,” shared Ashu Chakraborty.

Meanwhile, for Rajatava, the scale was a bit high, so he urged the music director to bring the scale of the song down. “When I was given the song in Ashu’s voice it seemed he captured Partha da’s diction quite brilliantly and the song was so nice," said the popular actor.
