Arjun Dutta wraps up shooting for his next ‘Abyakto’

Talented filmmaker Arjun Dutta's short film ‘The 6th Element’ made it to the Short Film Corner at Cannes last year. Now he is all set to make his big-screen debut. His next directorial venture ‘Abyakto’ is all about the complex relationship between a mother and son played by Arpita Chatterjee and Anubhav Kanjilal respectively.
Arpita will be seen in two different age groups of a single character, one of a woman at late 20s and another look will be of the early 50s.The beautiful actress is quite excited to play such a challenging role. She recently took to Twitter to share the wrap-up pictures of the film’s shooting. The last part of the shoot was done at Belgachia Rajbari in Kolkata.

Adil Hussain will also be seen playing a pivotal role. He will be seen as Rudra, the close family friend of the mother Saathi. Anirban Ghosh, who last appeared in Rituparna Ghosh’s ‘Satyanweshi’, will essay out Arpita’s husband Kaushik’s role. The cast also includes Kheya Chattopadhyay, Lily Chakraborty, Debjani Chatterjee, Pinky Banerjee and Somantak Maitra in key roles.
