Dilpreet Dhillon, is composed by Shevv Beats and penned by Preeta. Describing the song Sandhu shares, "It's a stylized, new-age Punjabi pop song with a unique gangster vibe, distinct from the usual love or sad songs. The rhythmic beat has resonated with a wide audience, from teenagers to older listeners."
Sandhu has rapidly become a prominent figure in the Punjabi music industry, celebrated for his distinctive voice and dynamic performances. His ability to blend traditional Punjabi folk with contemporary sounds has earned him acclaim not only in Punjab but also in Bollywood.
He also shares a special connection with Kolkata through his wife, Meena Banerjee Sandhu. A Bengali born and raised in Kolkata and North Bengal, Meena introduced Sandhu to Bengali culture, music, and its famous sweets. "I have fond memories of Kolkata — Howrah Bridge, Dharmatala, New Market and Victoria Memorial," he says. "I am excited to collaborate with talented Bengali musicians to create music that blends Punjabi and Bengali melodies beautifully."
