What is keeping Ratul Shankar busy?

Musician Ratul Shankar is very busy nowadays as he is creating music for a brand new horror-thriller, Flat No. 609.
“Whenever you think of horror or thriller films, certain soundscapes come to your mind, doesn't it? My challenge is to create something that is not clichéd and minimalistic so that minimum music can give you maximum effect,” said Ratul, who is composing the music as well as the background score.
There are three songs and Anupam Roy, Ujjwawini Mukherjee, Timir Biswas and Iman Chakraborty will do the playback.
Flat No. 609, which is being directed by Arindam Bhattacharya, features Abir Chatterjee, Tonushree Chakraborty, Soumitra Chatterjee, Mamata Shankar, Kharaj Mukherjee and Rudranil Ghosh. The lyrics of the songs have been penned by Ambarish Majumdar.
