Judi to visit India

Hollywood actresses Judi Dench and Maggie Smith, who shot for their film The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel in Rajasthan, are so fascinated by India that they intend coming back to promote the film here.
And, with them are likely to be Dev Patel and Freida Pinto, giving the movie an added hype. The cast and crew of the film, especially Judi and Maggie, have told their filmmakers that they were keen to take their film to the audiences directly.Dev, who plays one of the leads, told BT, “The film shows a lot of India and it would be really good if we all come down and promote it. There will be direct connection with the people. We had great fun during the shooting. People went shopping and had Indian food. When we were packing up, Judi and Maggie expressed amazement over their experiences. That really made me a proud Indian.” The film’s premiere will be mid year and dates with all the stars are being chalked out.
