Lucy Liu's hasty exit

Lucy Liu was supposed to shoot some important sequences for her short film, Meena, but unexpectedly, she decided to leave India on Saturday.
The unfinished portions had to be completed by her assistant directors. “There were some permission-related issues and, so, Lucy saw no purpose in staying back till the sanctions came about. The unit was told on Friday night that Lucy would be flying to New York on Saturday,” informed a source.
However, buzz is that Lucy was in a rush to return because she’s scheduled to make her Broadway debut as Annette in the play, The God of Carnage.
