Akshay's blast from the past

Akshay Kumar is reliving the 60s and the 70s era. The actor is doing a John Travolta act with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Vipul Shah’s Action Replayy and then once again, an Amitabh Bachchan song Apni to jaise taise in Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull.
“It’s just a co-incidence. Actually it’s said to be a John Travolta act but the look that I’m sporting is more like that of Sunil Dutt from Zakhmi,” said the actor who admits that he, at some point or the other during his growing up years has imitated John Travolta’s moves.“But never did I stand in front of the mirror and mouth Amitabh Bachchan’s dialogues. That’s because I come from a family that had no filmi connection and neither did I ever harbour a secret desire to be in films,” said Akshay and added, “But yes, every week my entire family would go for a movie.”
