It is a beauty to see how the North and the South industry come together to celebrate cinema and support each other on various occasions. A recent example of the same was seen at Hyderabad promotions of Alia Bhatt’s ‘Jigra,’ where director Trivikram Srinivas along with Rana Daggubati and Samantha marked their presence.
Seeing all the stars together was a sight for sore eyes, especially catching Alia and Samantha in one frame was like a dream come true for many.

At the event, the ‘Darlings’ fame actress Alia Bhatt ceased the moment when she went up to the stage and shared the sweetest words for Samantha. She expressed her admiration by calling the ‘Kushi’ fame actress ‘a hero on and off screen.’
"My dearest Samantha, you are a hero on and off-screen. I have so much admiration for your talent, for your resilience, for your strength. It's not easy to be a woman in a man's world, but you have surpassed gender. You stand tall on your two feet, and you have your talent, and your strong kicks to be an example for everyone," said Alia with a lot of love gleaming in her eyes.
At the same time, she revealed Samantha only took just 6.5 seconds to accept Alia’s invite.
In another clip, which is doing rounds on social media, Alia was seen singing ‘Oo Antava’ Samantha’s one of the most loved songs from ‘Pushpa: The Rise’. This camaraderie between Samantha and Alia won the internet in no time. The moment simply got sealed in time.
This was Samantha’s first visit to Hyderabad since the controversy surrounding Telangana Minister Konda Surekha's comments on her divorce from Naga Chaitanya. She did address the issue via a statement on social media, but at the event, she didn’t comment on the matter.
