Anil Kapoor pays tribute to Ashalata Wabgaonkar: 'A truly talented actress'

Veteran actress Ashalata Wabgaonkar breathed her last at a hospital in Satara on Tuesday after battling coronavirus. According to the reports, the 79-year-old actor had gone to Satara to shoot for her Marathi Television serial where she had been tested for coronavirus.
Friends and family of the beloved veteran actress Ashalata have been expressing their grief since then and among them is Bollywood's popular actor Anil Kapoor, who has shared a throwback picture from the film 'Woh 7 Din' which was released on 1983.
Anil Kapoor wrote "Had the honour of working with Ashalata Ji in Woh 7 Din, a truly talented actress. My heartfelt prayers & condolences to the family "

Ashalata Wabgaonkar worked in over 100 Hindi and Marathi films. Her notable Marathi films include 'Maherchi Sadi', 'Umbartha', 'Vahinichi Maya', and 'Gammat Jammat'.
