Kajol and Tanishaa Mukerji arrange a Bollywood-theme cake for mom Tanuja’s 78th birthday

Kajol and Tanishaa Mukerji celebrated mom Tanuja’s 78^th birthday in style. The daughters popped the champagne and arranged for a customised cake which featured names of many of Tanuja’s films like ‘Humari Yaad Aayegi’, ‘Aaj Aur Kal’, ‘Door Ka Rahi’ and ‘Humari Beti’. Kajol and Tanishaa Mukerji shared several glimpses of the celebration on their social media handles.


Wishing Tanuja on her birthday, Kajol had previously shared a video featuring several of their precious memories.“The real Tedhi Medhi Crazy amazing woman in my life. Cheerleader to life coach and my best friend. Lucky to be your daughter. I love you mommy. Happy Birthday,” Kajol had captioned the post. While Tanisha had penned, “Happy birthday my darling mom!! Thank u @kajol for making this happen! #thisisus.”
On the work front, Kajol was last seen in filmmaker Om Raut's 'Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior'. This historic drama released in 2019 and featured Kajol sharing the screen with actor-husband Ajay Devgn. The movie also starred Saif Ali Khan and Sharad Kelkar in pivotal roles. After that, Kajol starred in several OTT ventures like 'Tribhanga' and short film 'Devi'.
