Paresh recalled feeling terrified, thinking his career was over.
Veeru Devgan suggested a surprising home remedy
Speaking with The Lallantop, Paresh revealed that late action director Veeru Devgan visited him at the hospital and gave him a unique suggestion, to drink his own urine every morning. “Veeru Devgan came to see me at Nanavati. When I told him about my injury, he said, ‘Drink your own urine first thing in the morning. All fighters do this. You’ll heal faster.’ He also told me to avoid alcohol, tobacco, and mutton, and just stick to regular food,” Paresh said.
Paresh Rawal healed much faster than expected
Paresh admitted he didn’t just drink it quickly but treated it like a ritual. “If I had to do it, I thought, I will sip it like beer,” he said. He followed the advice for 15 days, and when the new X-rays came in, even the doctor was shocked. There was a white lining in the X-ray showing that the bone was healing.
