Recently, the actor discussed his current relationship with his ex-wife, Konkona Sensharma, stating that they remain 'cordial' with each other and are committed to co-parenting their son, Haroon.
In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Ranvir Shorey discussed the custody arrangement of his son, Haroon. He explained that Haroon divides his time equally between him and his ex-wife, Konkona Sensharma. Ranvir also mentioned that one reason he chose to participate in the reality show was because his son was going on a holiday with Konkona.
The actor also clarified that he never described himself as a great father but a terrible husband. Ranvir explained that if both he and Konkona are in town, Haroon spends one week at a time with each of them. If either parent is travelling for work, the other stays with Haroon.
When asked how his son Haroon feels about the custody arrangement, Ranvir Shorey explained that Haroon has managed it quite well. Although they couldn't provide him with a single loving home, they have given him a loving neighborhood, with Konkona living just 100 meters away. Ranvir mentioned that there's a park nearby, making the transition between their homes seamless for Haroon. They've made efforts to ensure that the moving back and forth doesn't weigh heavily on him, creating a smooth experience between the two households.
