Wedding bells for Sumeet Vyas and Ekta Kaul

After his Bollywood breakthrough with 'Veere Di Wedding' earlier this month, opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sumeet Vyas is ready to tie the knot with TV actress girlfriend Ekta Kaul in Jammu in September.
Both their families met earlier this year and approved of the match. Sumeet’s mother accompanied the couple for the 'Veere Di Wedding' premiere and the trio posed happily for the cameras.

“Ekta’s family, many of whom are based in Jammu, are preparing for a traditional Kashmiri ceremony.The final details of the wedding are being currently locked. The bride to be has been calling friends from the industry asking them to lock their dates for the mid-September nuptials,” a source close to the couple told Mirror.
The location for the reception is yet to be decided. Sumeet, best known for his portrayal as the naïve Mikesh, has been dating Ekta, who has featured in the TV show, since a year now.
“We first met years ago while shooting for a promo of a show which never took off. Then, both of us got busy with our respective lives. Last year, we bumped into each other at a friend’s party and then again when I was hosting a cricket based reality show in which she was one of the players,” Sumeet had informed Mirror in an earlier interview (April 28).
He admitted that what he finds extremely attractive about his fiancée is that she is a regular girl and he can have normal, non-filmi conversations with her.
