When Pooja Bhatt talked about her infamous kiss with dad Mahesh Bhatt for a magazine cover: 'I remember Shah Rukh had told me...'
Pooja Bhatt addressed the controversy surrounding her 1990 magazine cover with father Mahesh Bhatt, calling the moment 'absolutely innocent.'
Speaking to Siddharth Kannan in an old interview, she stated that she cannot control how people perceive it, emphasizing that the media attention it received was beyond her influence.

When asked if she regretted the magazine shoot with her father, Mahesh Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt explained that she viewed the moment as simple and natural. She emphasized that a frozen moment can be interpreted in various ways and recalled how children often innocently ask their parents for affection. For her, despite her age, she still sees herself as a child in her father's eyes, and he will always hold the same place in her life.

Pooja further stated that the moment captured was completely innocent, and people are free to interpret it as they wish. She emphasized that she is not here to defend it. If someone chooses to view a father-daughter relationship from a different perspective, they are capable of distorting anything, despite society's claims about valuing family principles.
Pooja was last seen in Bigg Boss OTT Season 2. She went on to qualify till the finale alongside Elvish Yadav, Manisha Rani, Bebika Dhruve, and Abhishek Malhan, and was then evicted.
