Dhanveerah gets a commercial makeover

Director Hari Santhosh (better known as

Alemaari Santhu

in Sandalwood circles) is set to embark on his next by the year end. The filmmaker has been signed up to direct Bazaar-hero Dhanveerah’s new movie,

Bumper

, which has been scripted by lyricist-director-screenwriter, Chethan and is backed by the makers Bharaate. Prod Hari about the subject and he says, “I have always wanted to make films of different genres, and have worked on a period subject as well as feel-good emotional dramas. This time around, I wanted to make a good commercial entertainer and Chethan’s script was just right.

Dhanveerah

fits the bill of a mass hero and this film will have all the required elements. We are currently giving finishing touches to the script and should be ready to roll by the end of the year. We have shot a teaser with Dhanveerah.”
