"Our trip to Ladakh was to shoot montages for the 'Ninadene Januma' song," shares Milana Nagaraj

Actors Milana Nagaraj and Darling Krishna's most recent postcards from Ladakh have been charming everybody on social media. The breathtaking pictures shot amidst the snow-capped mountains seem to suggest that the couple is on a holiday, of sorts, but Milana Nagaraj assures that the trip was anything but a holiday as the team took off on a whim to shoot a few pending portions for 'Love Mocktail 2'.
"We wanted to grab a few montages for the Ninadene Januma song (from 'Love Mocktail 2') and felt that Ladakh is the best place to do that. Krishna had a full-grown beard which had to be shaved off for his upcoming project and since the restrictions to are eased up, we decided on heading to Ladakh for a quick shoot. There was no recce done prior and we were small team that traveled all around Leh for about four days to capture all those beautiful shots. Whatever you see on social media are our personal clicks and many thought that we are on a holiday in Ladakh. It was anything but a holiday!" says Milana Nagaraj about their recent viral pictures.

With 'Love Mocktail 2' touted to be one of the most-awaited films of the years, the makers too are currently geared up to bring the shoot to a conclusion. Both Milana Nagaraj and Darling Krishna will turn producers once again with Krishna taking up the directorial duties along with a new and vibrant star cast added to the mix. "We are done with about 70% of the shoot, you know, and whatever's remaining is mostly the talkie portion. There are OTT options for the release (multiple OTT entities have approached the makers, she reveals) but the thrill is always in bringing it out in theatres. But the pandemic can be expected to pose more problems in that regard. Let's see, there's no concrete plan yet," adds Milana.
Coming to the song in question, the team has roped in Nakul Abhyankar this time around to conceive the film's soundtrack whose two singles have already been released to great reception. Ninadene Januma has been sung by Nakul Abhyankar himself with lyrics penned by Raghavendra Kamath. The second single, Ee Prema, was released on May 1st.
