Director Raghava Dwarki's next film all set for release this April. The film, we hear, is based on true incidents that take place in Bengaluru. According to an entertainment daily, Ondu Ghanteya Kathe tries to find answers to Nirbhaya and Priyanka cases. The director revealed to the daily that even though the film touches on a serious subject, the story is told in an entertaining way.The daily further reported that the film is all set to release in April has received an 'A' certificate from the Censor Board.
