Enjoy a satire on stage
India’s dream of becoming a global superpower has led to an unprecedented need for infrastructural development. The velocity of growth and development has undoubtedly improved the standard of living and given everyone a hope for better future. However, this has left a significant portion of the Indian population lagging. The disruption that this maddening pace of progress has caused, the lack of help from the administration and its rampant corruption has caused the Indian state to fail in its promise to alleviate the average Indian out of poverty.

This play presents a satirical take on this situation and takes you through the journey of a common man through the eyes of Rocky.
Rocky Ka Insaaf is written and directed by Ashwini Kumar Chakre, while the artistes include Abhinav Kimothi, Pratyush Singh, Champa Saha, Anju Alva, Amjad Parwej, Anshuman Acharya, Priya Kaul and Lekha Naidu.
The play is scheduled to take place on September 17 and 18 (7.30 pm) at Ranga Shankara, 36/2 8th Cross II Phase, JP Nagar.
