Dileesh Pothan and Bibin George starrer ‘Gumasthan’ is gearing up for release this Friday, September 27, and the makers of the film have dropped the trailer. The trailer gives a glimpse into a gripping thriller. The glimpse hints at a police investigation. Featuring Dileesh Pothan and Bibin George in the lead roles, the upcoming Malayalam film also has Jaise Jose, Roni David Raj, Azees Nedumangad, Alexander Prasanth, and Sminu Sijo in crucial roles.

‘Gumasthan’ is directed by Amal K Joby, who previously co-scripted K Madhu's film ‘Banking Hours 10 to 4’ released in 2012. The upcoming film is scripted by Riyas Izmath.
On the technical front, Kunjunni S Kumar has roped in as cinematographer. The film is edited by Ayoob Khan. The music for the film is composed by Stephan Devassy.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Dileesh Pothan has a bunch of films in the pipeline including Aashiq Abu’s ‘Rifle Club’, which also has Anurag Kashyap in a crucial role. He has also signed Boban Samuel’s ‘Machante Maalakha’ which features Soubin Shahir, Dhyan Sreenivasan, and Namitha Pramod in the lead roles.
Bibin George, on the other hand was last seen in the ‘Vedikettu’, which he co-wrote and co-directed along with his frequent collaborator Vishnu Unnikrishnan.
Dileesh's upcoming slate includes Aashiq Abu's Rifle Club and Boban Samuel's Machante Maalakha. While the former is headlined by him, the latter features.
