Jatin Sethi, who has made films in various languages and genres, has now announced the Malayalam film Mirage. It will be directed by Jeethu Joseph, who had directed the Mohanlal-starrer Drishyam. Talking about Mirage, a thriller, Jatin says, “I like to watch Malayalam films as the industry is currently churning out some of the best films of Indian cinema. I got the perfect subject with Mirage, and we joined hands with
Jeethu Joseph and Mukesh Mehta. The film is in Jeethu sir’s zone, and he'll surely do justice to the subject. We are confident the film will be a treat for the audience.”
Jeetu Joseph, who is also the co-producer of Mirage, adds, “Jatin Sethi is highly respected for his production skills and has creative knowledge about different films across regions. His understanding of Malayalam cinema impressed me, and I knew that collaborating with him would be a good experience.”

Mirage is scheduled to release in cinemas in July or August 2025. Produced by Jatin Sethi. It is co-produced by Mukesh Mehta. Meanwhile, Jatin is also gearing up for other exciting films, including the sequel to 'Saunkan Saunkne', which hits the screens in May 2025. His next Tamil film 'Sarpatta Parambarai 2' with 'Arya' and 'Pa Ramjith' will go on floors soon.
Jatin’s past work includes the Tamil film Annapoorani, a social drama ( 2024) .He made his way into the Punjabi industry with his comedy Saunkan Saunkne (2022) and followed it up with the period drama Maurh (2023).
