Superstar Manju Warrier owns the Mini Cooper electric

Superstar Manju Warrier is someone who believes in the ideology of sustainability, and her latest purchase, Mini Cooper electric, too roots in the principle. The superstar is a motorhead, and she recently bought the Mini Cooper electric and made an attempt toward a cleaner environment, and energy-efficient vehicle. Manju Warrier owned a custom-painted racing yellow Mini Cooper electric. One of the affordable luxury electric cars, Manju Warrier’s new vehicle costs around Rs. 48 lakhs.

Manju Warrier’s latest release was ‘Lalitham Sundaram’. The film featured Manju Warrier and Biju Menon in the lead roles. The movie also marked the duo's reunion after about two decades. They have worked together in many films including ‘Krishnagudiyil Oru Pranayakaalathu,’ ‘Innalakalilllathe,’ and ‘Kannezhuthi Pottum Thottu’ among others. ‘Lalitham Sundaram’ is directed by Manju Warrier’s brother and actor Madhu. The film is currently streaming on an OTT platform.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Manju Warrier was recently filming for ‘Ayisha’. The superstar is playing the titular character. Helmed by debutant Aamir Pallikkal, the upcoming film is simultaneously made in Malayalam, Arabic, and, English, and dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada languages. The film is scripted by Ashif Kakkodi and M Jayachandran is in charge of the music department. Vishnu Sharma has roped in as the cinematographer and Appu N Bhattathiri is the editor. Prabhu Deva has roped in as the choreographer for ‘Ayisha’. The team was filming in Ras Al-Khaimah earlier.
