is not about bashing men, and not all a battlefield for genders. The 'Kaccha Limbu' actress, in fact, feels that #MeToo movement should reach the masses and not be limited to only the film industry.

Sulochana Latkar, recently opened up about the ongoing #MeToo movement. The actress said, "I feel that it is not about entire gender, it’s about people who are getting harassed and ill-treatment one has received. So I feel very grateful towards the gender because my family has some thorough gentleman and also have really good male friends about whom I am extremely proud. So I don’t think entire gender should go through conflicts that whatever I have done in my life. But it is very important that some people's male ego has ruined women’s existent or her confidence or her being and which is a getting a voice. I feel this movement should reach up to masses and not only the film industry. That is the when it will be truly successful.”
Abhijeet Shirish Deshpande's 'Ani... Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar', the forthcoming biopic is based on the life of the legendary stage and film actor who was also considered as the first superstar of Marathi theatre. The film that is set to release on November 8, also stars Master Dattaram (Suhas Palshikar), Vasant Kanetkar (Anand Ingle), Bhalji Pendharkar (Mohan Joshi), Sulochana Latkar (Sonali Kulkarni), Prabhakar Panshikar (Prasad Oak) and Dr Shriram Lagoo (Sumeet Raghvan).
