'Namma Veettu Pillai' becomes Sivakarthikeyan highest-grossing film in Tamil Nadu

Sivakarthikeyan's action comedy film 'Namma Veettu Pillai' which is helmed by Pandiraj which released on 27th September managed to impress the audience.
After the end of its 5th week, the film has raked in Rs 60 gross in Tamil Nadu, which turns to be the top-grossing film of Sivakarthikeyan.
However, 'Namma Veettu Pillai' had slowed down a bit over the Diwali releases, the film has crossed the star's 'Vellaikaran' collection, which had collected Rs 58 crore from Tamil Nadu box office. 'Namma Veetu Pillai' still extends its run in the multiplexes of Tamil Nadu.
'Namma Veettu Pillai' also features Anu Emmanuel, and Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead roles apart from Sivakarthikeyan. Soori, Samuthirakani, Bharathi Raja, and Natraj Subramanian too have managed to make their presence felt in the film. The film marks the third collaboration of Sivakarthikeyan with director Pandiraj after 'Marina' and 'Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga'.
