Vaibhav and Venkat Prabhu’s Lock Up is based on a few true incidents

It is now known to all that Vaibhav will be seen playing the role of a cop for the first time in SG Charles directorial, which is bankrolled by Nitinsathyaa. With Venkat Prabhu playing the antagonist and Vani Bhojan, the female lead, this crime thriller has now been titled Lock Up.
Says Nitinsathyaa, “It is an intense thriller inspired from true incidents. Every artiste in the film has gotten into their respective characters and given it their best. Both Vaibhav and Venkat Prabhu play cops, who take on each other. Since the film revolves around them and their lives, we have titled it Lock Up. I think the title amply justifies the film’s storyline.”
The team has completed the shoot. “We are likely to release the teaser on November 7,” he informs. Eswari Rao and Poorna, too, play pivotal roles in the film.
